How to get to the Conference Hall

By airplane

From Narita (Tokyo International Airport)

ANA (All Nippon Airways) operates two flights daily to Sendai


From Kansai (Kansai International Airport)

In Kansai, take the airport shuttle bus to Itami (Osaka Airport)

From Itami, several airlines operate a total of twelve flights daily to Sendai (ANA, JEX, IBEX)

* We strongly recommend you to get to Sendai by airplane. 


A shuttle bus from Sendai Airport to the conference hall is available on May 16th and 17th

Sendai Airport accepts direct international flights from Beijing, Dairen, Guam, Hong Kong, Honolulu, Seoul, and Shanghai. Please contact your travel agent for details.


By train

You can buy tickets for JR trains at the “Green Counter” of any JR station


From Narita

You can find the “Green Counter” at the Narita underground level. Take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station, approximately 60 minutes. You will reach the Tokyo Station underground level. Then follow signs which will direct you towards the platforms for the Tohoku Shinkansen Express. Take the Tohoku Shinkansen Express to Sendai Station, approximately 120 minutes.


From Kansai

Not recommended


There is a shuttle bus from Sendai Station to Hotel Crescent.
