Poster Presentation

  • Size of the poster should be A0 (approx. width 800 mm x height 1200 mm).
  • Pins will be provided.
    Poster number 1001~1600
    Set up: Mon 3rd June between 8:30 and 9:00
    Take off: Tue 4th June between 18:30 and 19:00
    Poster social: Mon 3rd 18:00-20:00
    Poster number 2001~2600
    Set up: Wed 5th June between 8:30 and 9:00
    Take off: Thu 6th June between 18:00 and 18:30
    Poster social: Wed 5th 18:00-20:00
    • Oral Presentation

  • 8 minuites for presentation and 4 minuites for discussion, 12 minuites in total.
  • Oral presenters are suggested to use PowerPoint on Windows, and to bring files by CD-ROM. If you prefer other presentation equipments, software, platform or media, please contact job@idac.tohoku.ac.jp at your earliest convenience.
