Technologies) supplemented with HT medium, Kanamycin (40 micro g/ml) and NaHCO3.
For preparation of 2000ml medium, 35.8g hybridoma-SFM (powder,Cat. No. 23600),
6.5g NaHCO3, 10 ml 50X concentrated HT medium (Cat. No. 1680949, ICN), kanamycin
should be dissolved to 2000 ml MilliQ water and filtrated. |
