Human choangiocarcinoma cell line established from pleural
fluid of a cholangio-carcinoma patient. CA19-9 positive. Transplantable to nude
mouse. Culturable with serum-free medium (Ham F12). A culture submitted to the
Cell Resource Center for Biomedical Research was found to be contaminated with
mycoplasma. Progeny were cured by Treatments with BM Cyclin and MC210. |
