Characteristics |
This cell line was established from mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of human
ovary. The cells are highly differentiated, and secrete mucins. Cisplatin,
adriamycin, and cyclophosphamide were not effective.A chromosomal analysis
revealed a peritetraploid tendency. |
