     We welcome sponsors of the Platform and those who wish to carry out joint research between industry and academia with us.  Please contact the Platform Office for details.

◎To Researchers

     Researchers at Tohoku University are encouraged to participate in the Platform.  There is no participation fee and no obligations.  The format of a flexible virtual lab is assumed, centering around occasional meetings and information exchange via e-mail.  We are planning to annually solicit research themes from among the Platform members and to provide financial support to selected research themes.  If you wish to participate in the Platform, please contact the Platform Office.

     For those who are not researchers at Tohoku University, we welcome your participation as observers.  Please contact the Platform Office if you wish to include your e-mail address in the Platform mailing list.

◎To Graduate Students

　 Students who wish to participate in the Platform should obtain permission from their supervisors in advance before registering at the Platform Office.  The Platform Office can serve as a mediator for students if they wish to join the laboratory of a faculty member who belongs to the Platform or wish to visit the laboratory and receive advice to help them select an appropriate laboratory.
