Asia Pacific Travel Grants
JSAO2010 provides travel grants for up to 10 attendants from countries of the Asia-Pacific region other than Japan. The grant will cover part of the cost of transport and accommodation, not exceeding the maximum of 100,000JPY. Only one person per abstract will be considered. Recipients will have their conference registration fee waived.
To apply for the grant, send an electronic version of your abstract to the secretariat (jsao2010@idac.tohoku.ac.jp) by July 30th. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by JSAO2010 program committee and an acceptance notification will be sent by e-mail by September 15th.
Young researchers are particularly encouraged to apply.
